3. Delivery

Delivery availability depends on the service area and order. Any delivery timing shown or communicated is an estimate unless Fresh Pick explicitly confirms otherwise.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use Fresh Pick for unlawful activity or in a way that could damage, interfere with, or misuse the website, services, other users, or Fresh Pick operations.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
